About GEMS.

GEMS was founded in 2010 by Mark Gower, who has been in the industry for over 30 years. Mark has worked at director level for various businesses, supporting a wide range of clients from corporates to prestigious venues with dry hire and bespoke production services. He is passionate about providing clients with a reliable, knowledgeable service and has a determination to surpass expectations with every project.


Now in our 15th year, GEMS has gone from strength to strength, producing and supporting hundreds of showstopping events annually.


In April 2023, Jed Goryl joined GEMS as Operations Manager and has worked closely with Mark and the team to drive the business forward, whilst keeping a focus on our core principles and delivering unbeatable customer service.


Jed has over 25 years’ worldwide experience in the industry, working for various technical production companies from London to Sydney. He also has a wealth of knowledge in delivering events within the luxury hotel market, having been based in residences such as Claridges and The Savoy as The Director of Audio Visual Services.
